Kadoo engaged One Crystal C-Section for professional intellectual property consultation and trademark registration support.
The assignment began with a consultation to understand the client’s brand, intended use of the mark and the scope of protection required. C-Section then carried out a trademark search and preliminary assessment to identify relevant considerations before proceeding with the application.
Following the assessment, the required trademark information and documentation were prepared and the trademark application was filed through the appropriate registration process.
In addition to the trademark application, C-Section provided guidance on other intellectual property rights that may be relevant to the client’s brand, creative assets and wider business activities. This helped the client understand that intellectual property protection may extend beyond the trademark itself and should be considered as part of a broader brand and business protection strategy.
The project demonstrates C-Section’s approach to intellectual property services: consultation, preliminary assessment, trademark searching, application preparation, filing support and broader IP advisory assistance.
